Updated the PEOC picture article to establish that there were just four digital clocks on September 11, 2001. The fourth appears to be set to NATO time.  The same picture establishes that the PEOC was in video conference with at least four other locations.  The video display, as shown, is divided to show four video feeds simultaneously.

Published a new article, “9-11: The PEOC Pictures; Secretary Mineta and VP Cheney.” The article updates a previous article concerning Secretary Mineta’s inaccurate testimony that he was in the President’s Emergency Operations Center at 9:20 EDT, on September 11, 2001.

Published the third and final article in the Battle of 9/11 series, “9-11: The Attack; Chaos Theory, considered.” It is a lengthy article that covers the length and breadth of my work and research since September 11, 2001. My main work is now finished. I will spend time cleaning up loose ends in my posts over the years and will post an occasional comment when events of the day so dictate.

Quick update to the 28-pages article  to acknowledge a response to the panel’s review by Dan Christensen, “Miami Herald.”

March 25, 2015

Again updated the “28-pages” article to acknowledge that a panel has concluded a review of the FBI and its response to the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. Panel members Bruce Hoffman, Edwin Meese, and Timothy Roemer found that there was no credible evidence linking a Sarasota, Florida family to the 9/11 hijackers.

Again updated the 28-pages” article to acknowledge that “The Hill” also is confused about the difference between the Inquiry and Commission reports. The update also acknowledges a letter to the “New York Tines” by two family members and references an accurate “Times” article of Feb 4, 2015.

The Saudi issue centered on the Congressional Joint Inquiry report has and is gaining traction.

Published an article, “9-11: Conflations of Events; the Brian Williams situation, considered.” Conflation has become a popular topic, given the Williams fall from grace. Conflation was the cause of the government’s near total misunderstanding of the events of September 11, 2001, in the aftermath. The article explains what happened.

Added a link to the Italian website, Undicisettembre. The authors periodically publish the results of their own investigation and work. Most recently, they interviewed New York City firefighter, Frank Papalia, who has eyewitness perspective on the collapse of WTC 7.

Updated the “28-pages” article to acknowledge that, now, CNN also has conflated the 9/11 Commission Report and the Congressional Joint Inquiry Report. Even worse, the CNN article states that Senator Bob Graham was a member of the 9/11 Commission.

Added an additional link to a FactCheck.org summary of the issue

Updated my “28-pages” article to acknowledge the perceptive work of Lawrence Wright on the redaction issue, and to highlight yet another blog article that conflated the 9/11 Commission Report and the Congressional Joint Inquiry Report. Wright’s work is the best public source article to date on the redaction issue. It is accurate in every detail.  The article was published on September 9, 2014, in The New Yorker.

Published a detailed article, “9-11: The Attack; A Military Operation, considered.” This is the second in a series. The first article considered the classic principles of war as applied to the 9/11 attack. The current article provides a detailed narrative of the attack using military theory and terminology. It is a fine-grained analysis that offers much to consider.  Notably, I have changed my own assessment of the hijack of AA77. I now consider the takeover to be time-based, not geography-based. Read the article to find out why.
