There is nothing much new in the wikileaks compendium.\u00a0 The compendium does allow us to make an observation.\u00a0 An event “x” occurs and a few minutes later texting about that event pops up.\u00a0 The ‘delta’ is on the order of 3-5 minutes, perhaps less in some cases.<\/p>\n

That observation allows us to, again, establish that the White House\/West Wing evacuation occurred after the Pentagon was struck, as also captured on the CNN raw footage.<\/p>\n

That also allows us to place Norman Mineta as arriving at the White House after the Pentagon was struck.\u00a0 He stated that he arrived as the White House was being evacuated.\u00a0 He misspoke in his testimony and conflated UA 93 with AA 77.<\/p>\n

The Commission established from contemporary logs that Mineta arrived at the PEOC, proper, after 10:00.\u00a0 Nothing has emerged to change that assessment.<\/p>\n
